1. การยอมรับเงื่อนไข

การสมัครใช้งานหรือใช้แอปพลิเคชัน Billr ("บริการ") ถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขการใช้งานฉบับนี้ หากไม่ยอมรับ กรุณางดใช้บริการ

2. เกี่ยวกับบริการ

Billr เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยออกใบแจ้งหนี้ จัดการลูกค้าและสินค้า ส่งเอกสารทางอีเมล และติดตามรายรับสำหรับฟรีแลนซ์และธุรกิจขนาดเล็ก

3. บัญชีผู้ใช้

คุณต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องในการสมัคร และเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในการรักษารหัสผ่านและกิจกรรมทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้บัญชีของคุณ

กรุณาแจ้งเราทันทีหากพบการใช้งานบัญชีโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

4. แผนการใช้งานและการชำระเงิน

Billr มีแผน Free และแผน Pro แบบชำระเงิน แผน Free ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ได้สูงสุด 30 ใบต่อเดือน

ราคาแผน Pro: ฿99/เดือน (หรือ ฿990/ปี) ราคาและรายละเอียดฟีเจอร์ล่าสุดแสดงในแอป

ปัจจุบันยังไม่มีการเรียกเก็บเงินภายในแอป เมื่อเปิดให้ชำระเงินในอนาคต การสมัครสมาชิกและการต่ออายุจะเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขของผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน (App Store / Google Play) และเราจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

5. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้

ห้ามใช้บริการเพื่อการผิดกฎหมาย ออกเอกสารอันเป็นเท็จ ฉ้อโกง หรือส่งอีเมลรบกวน (สแปม) รวมถึงห้ามพยายามเจาะระบบหรือรบกวนการทำงานของบริการ

6. ข้อมูลและเนื้อหาของคุณ

ข้อมูลที่คุณสร้าง (โปรไฟล์ธุรกิจ ลูกค้า สินค้า และใบแจ้งหนี้) ยังคงเป็นของคุณ คุณให้สิทธิ์เราในการประมวลผลและจัดเก็บข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ

7. ความถูกต้องของเอกสารและภาษี

คุณเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบความถูกต้องของใบแจ้งหนี้ ยอดเงิน ภาษี และการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง Billr เป็นเพียงเครื่องมือช่วยจัดทำเอกสารเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่ที่ปรึกษาด้านบัญชีหรือภาษี

8. การให้บริการตามสภาพ

บริการให้ "ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่" โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใด ๆ เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต Billr จะไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมหรือความสูญเสียที่เกิดจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้บริการได้

9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงบริการและเงื่อนไข

เราอาจปรับปรุงบริการหรือแก้ไขเงื่อนไขนี้เป็นครั้งคราว และจะแจ้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีนัยสำคัญผ่านแอปหรืออีเมล การใช้งานต่อหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลงถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขใหม่

10. การยกเลิกบัญชี

คุณสามารถลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้ทุกเมื่อที่ ตั้งค่า → ความปลอดภัย → ลบบัญชี เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีที่ละเมิดเงื่อนไขนี้

11. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

เงื่อนไขนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย ข้อพิพาทใด ๆ จะได้รับการพิจารณาในศาลไทย

By signing up for or using the Billr application ("the Service"), you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

2. About the service

Billr is a tool that helps freelancers and small businesses create invoices, manage customers and products, email documents, and track revenue.

3. User accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account.

4. Plans and billing

Billr offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. The Free plan allows up to 30 invoices per month.

Pro costs ฿99/month (or ฿990/year). Current prices and features are shown in the app.

In-app billing is not yet enabled. When it launches, subscription and renewal will follow the payment provider's (App Store / Google Play) terms, and we will notify you in advance.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, to issue false or fraudulent documents, to send unsolicited email (spam), or to attempt to breach or disrupt the Service.

6. Your data and content

The data you create (business profile, customers, products, and invoices) remains yours. You grant us permission to process and store it only as needed to provide the Service.

7. Document and tax accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, amounts, taxes, and compliance with applicable law. Billr is only a document-creation tool, not an accounting or tax advisor.

8. Service provided as-is

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Billr is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Changes to the service and terms

We may improve the Service or amend these terms from time to time, and will notify you of significant changes in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Account termination

You may delete your account and all data at any time in Settings → Security → Delete account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
