1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

บัญชี: อีเมล ชื่อ และรหัสผ่าน (จัดเก็บแบบแฮชทางเดียว) หากเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google หรือ Apple เราจะรับอีเมล ชื่อ และรหัสผู้ใช้จากผู้ให้บริการนั้น

โปรไฟล์ธุรกิจ: ชื่อกิจการ เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทร โลโก้ ภาพลายเซ็นและตราประทับ และข้อมูลการรับเงิน (ชื่อบัญชี เลขบัญชีธนาคาร หมายเลข PromptPay)

ข้อมูลการใช้งาน: ลูกค้า สินค้า/บริการ และใบแจ้งหนี้ที่คุณสร้าง

ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคเพื่อความปลอดภัย: IP address ประเภทอุปกรณ์และระบบปฏิบัติการ และบันทึกกิจกรรมด้านความปลอดภัย เช่น การเข้าสู่ระบบ

2. ข้อมูลลูกค้าของคุณ (บุคคลที่สาม)

เมื่อคุณบันทึกชื่อ อีเมล เบอร์โทร เลขผู้เสียภาษี หรือที่อยู่ของลูกค้าเพื่อออกเอกสาร คุณเป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของข้อมูลนั้น และ Billr ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลตามคำสั่งของคุณเท่านั้น

คุณมีหน้าที่ต้องมีฐานทางกฎหมายในการเก็บและใช้ข้อมูลลูกค้าของคุณตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA)

3. วิธีที่เราใช้ข้อมูล

เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อให้บริการหลัก เช่น สร้างและส่งใบแจ้งหนี้ สร้าง PromptPay QR แสดงสรุปรายรับ และดูแลบัญชีของคุณ เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณให้บุคคลที่สาม

4. การจัดเก็บและความปลอดภัย

รหัสผ่านถูกแฮชด้วย bcrypt และไม่ถูกจัดเก็บเป็นข้อความธรรมดา การเข้าสู่ระบบใช้โทเคน (JWT) ที่เก็บอย่างปลอดภัยบนอุปกรณ์ของคุณ ข้อมูลถูกส่งผ่านการเข้ารหัสระหว่างการรับส่งด้วย HTTPS/TLS และจัดเก็บในฐานข้อมูลที่มีการควบคุมการเข้าถึง

5. ผู้ให้บริการภายนอกที่เราใช้

Sentry: บันทึกข้อผิดพลาดของระบบเพื่อปรับปรุงเสถียรภาพ (ไม่รวมรหัสผ่าน)

Google และ Apple: สำหรับการเข้าสู่ระบบ

ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้ประมวลผลข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานเท่านั้น

6. การแชร์ลิงก์สาธารณะ

หากคุณสร้างลิงก์แชร์ใบแจ้งหนี้แบบสาธารณะ ผู้ที่มีลิงก์จะสามารถดูข้อมูลในเอกสารนั้น (รวมถึงข้อมูลลูกค้าและยอดเงิน) ได้โดยไม่ต้องเข้าสู่ระบบ กรุณาแชร์ลิงก์เฉพาะกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

7. สิทธิของคุณ

ตาม PDPA คุณมีสิทธิเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา แก้ไข ขอลบ หรือขอระงับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ ติดต่อเราเพื่อดำเนินการตามคำขอ

8. การลบบัญชีและข้อมูล

คุณสามารถลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้ด้วยตนเองในแอปที่ ตั้งค่า → ความปลอดภัย → ลบบัญชี เมื่อยืนยันแล้ว เราจะลบข้อมูลบัญชี โปรไฟล์ธุรกิจ ลูกค้า สินค้า ใบแจ้งหนี้ และไฟล์ที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างถาวร

หรือส่งคำขอลบข้อมูลมาที่ contact@origintimevision.com เราจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วัน

9. การเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

เราเก็บข้อมูลไว้ตราบเท่าที่บัญชีของคุณยังใช้งานอยู่ หรือเท่าที่จำเป็นตามกฎหมาย เมื่อลบบัญชี เราจะลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่ระบุตัวตนภายในระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสม

10. ข้อมูลของเด็ก

บริการนี้มีไว้สำหรับผู้ใช้ที่บรรลุนิติภาวะเพื่อการดำเนินธุรกิจ ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี

11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว และจะแจ้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีนัยสำคัญผ่านแอปหรืออีเมล

1. Data we collect

Account: email, name, and password (stored as a one-way hash). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email, name, and a user ID from that provider.

Business profile: business name, tax ID, address, phone, logo, signature and stamp images, and payment details (account name, bank account number, PromptPay number).

Usage data: customers, products/services, and invoices you create.

Technical data for security: IP address, device type and operating system, and security activity logs such as sign-ins.

2. Your customers' data (third parties)

When you store a customer's name, email, phone, tax ID, or address to issue documents, you are the data controller of that data and Billr acts only as a data processor on your instructions.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use your customers' data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

3. How we use data

We use your data to provide core features such as creating and sending invoices, generating PromptPay QR codes, showing revenue summaries, and maintaining your account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Storage and security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored as plain text. Sign-in uses tokens (JWT) stored securely on your device. Data is encrypted in transit with HTTPS/TLS and kept in an access-controlled database.

5. Third-party providers we use

Railway: hosts our database and backend.

Cloudflare R2: stores image files such as logos, signatures, and stamps, PDF files, and backups.

Resend: sends invoice emails to your customers at your request.

Sentry: logs system errors to improve stability (passwords excluded).

Google and Apple: for sign-in.

These providers only process data as needed to function.

6. Public share links

If you create a public invoice share link, anyone with the link can view that document (including customer details and amounts) without signing in. Only share links with the people concerned.

7. Your rights

Under PDPA you have the right to access, obtain a copy of, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact us to act on a request.

8. Account and data deletion

You can delete your account and all data yourself in the app at Settings → Security → Delete account. Once confirmed, we permanently delete your account, business profile, customers, products, invoices, and related files.

Or send a deletion request to contact@origintimevision.com and we will act on it within 30 days.

9. Data retention

We keep data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period.

10. Children's data

This Service is intended for adults conducting business and is not directed at children under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will notify you of significant changes in the app or by email.
